This is taken at the 90’s cheese party in Philadelphia in October 2014 and posted in celebration of Helen’s successful dissertation proposal defense in February 2017. Helen was the first person to link my cheese-oriented thought process to a then-future-vegetarianism. That was a strong hypothesis at the time but it all seems to have worked out.
