Cardinal numbers (except for ONE) are tagged NUM.
Numbers can be spelled out or in numeral form. The lemma is always in written form (i.e. not in numeral form).
NUMP
Compound numbers are treated as they are written. If a single number is written in more words than one it projects NUMP
