My name is Anton Karl Ingason and I am an associate professor (dósent) of Linguistics and Language Technology at the University of Iceland. I work on the realization of morphemes at the interfaces of syntax with interpretation and sound in the Distributed Morphology framework. I also work on language technology; in particular, I am one of the authors of the Icelandic treebank, IcePaHC. IcePaHC can be queried online at treebankstudio.org.
I have been awarded an ERC grant (€1.5M) for a project named Explaining Individual Lifespan Change (EILisCh). It is a five year project (2023-2028).

My office is on the forth floor of the building Árnagarður on the campus of the University of Iceland. The building is within walking distance of downtown as well as the BSÍ bus terminal if you are arriving from the airport.
